Program Description

New for 2026!

Fostering an employee team that feels accomplished, motivated, and empowered doesn’t just happen; it requires many intentional decisions and practices.

During this two-day program, we’ll learn how to accurately identify challenges that pose risks to your objectives, and identify practical strategies to support a confident team.

Whether you are in a management position, identifying the expectations for your organization’s future leaders, or you are honing your own leadership skills for better dynamics with peers, you can achieve Success on Purpose by creating an inclusive workplace atmosphere where people feel their contributions are valued.

This program is offered as a two-day agenda; however, participants may elect to attend either day as a stand-alone session.
